Yes, we provide guidance around food diaries, macro targets, and nutrition habits that support your training and accountability.
However, we always stay within our scope of practice and respect the role of qualified dietitians and nutritionists. If you need help with specific meal plans or managing a health condition, we’ll refer you to a trusted allied professional.
We offer semi-private personal training, where you get a personalised program focused on strength, balance, mobility, and power in a small group setting. Our semi-private personal training sessions are capped at 6 clients per coach, but they’re rarely full. Most sessions have just 2–3 people.
